- Meditation– it not only calm the mind but also activates spiritual chakras. meditating at least 5 min in the morning helps to relax the nerves of the mind and also controls blood flow all over the body
- Exercise- regular workout helps to maintain a fit lifestyle. A man working out daily will always stay disease free. working out daily strengthen the body muscles.
